RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We at IVY DIONE really hope you love your dress as much as we do. But we understand it can sometimes happen that the product doesn’t meet your expectations. That’s why all items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways (no stains of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Your refund will be made after the items have been received at our warehouse in their original condition. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.

HOW TO RETURN:

FINLAND

1. Send us an email to hello@ivydione.com and tell us what you want to return, and remember to include your order number.

2. Fill in the returns sheet that came with your order and put it inside the return package.

Mislaid your returns sheet? Don’t panic. Just send us over an email to hello@ivydione.com and we’ll be happy to help you out.

3. Pack the product to the same package where you got the products and replace the prepaid return label that was inside the package on top of the old shipment information.

You can also use other packaging if you prefer, but please make sure the product is properly packed.

4. Take the package to your nearest Posti or Posti pickup point and remember to keep the receipt/ tracking number.

5. Once we have received your return and accepted it, we will refund you immediately.

    Please note that the return label is prepaid, but the return cost of 6 EUR will be reduced from the refund of the order. Please also note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

    Please note that leaving an order uncollected from a postal office does not count as a return. In this case we are unable to provide a full refund and you will be charged for postal delivery costs and a handling fee of 10 euros.

    INTERNATIONAL

    1. Send us an email to hello@ivydione.com and tell us what you want to return, and remember to include your order number.

    2. Fill in the returns sheet that came with your order and put it inside the return package. In the returns sheet you can also find the return address.

    3. Pack the product to the same package where you got the products and remove the old shipment info. Write the return address on the package.

    4. It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by IVY DIONE when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID. Please also note that the original shipping cots will not be refunded.

    We don't take any responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us. Note, if you are returning your package from outside the European Union, you are responsible on all customs clearance fees.

    EXCHANGES

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a new order for the new item. Return your item as instructed above and make a new order at IVY DIONE.

    UNREASONABLE RETURNING

    IVY DIONE reserves the right to cancel orders and deactivate accounts if we notice an unusual pattern of incoming returns from the same customer. An unusual pattern of returns can for example mean that a customer orders and returns unusually large quantities of products. If this should happen to you and you believe we have made a mistake, please contact our customer service at hello@ivydione.com so we can review and re-evaluate the decision.
