By buying on this website, you automatically accept the conditions below. Therefore, we recommend that you read the terms carefully before you act.

The purchase has been confirmed when you have received your confirmation email and you must ensure that all the information you provide, such as name, email and postal address, is correct. Please note that persons under the legal age of 18 years, need a parental consent.

IVY DIONE reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions of purchase at any time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions.

PLACING AN ORDER

You will be given the opportunity to review your selection, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors before you proceed to payment. Please note that products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been paid, and accepted by IVY DIONE. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such a case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After submitting your order, IVY DIONE will send you an order confirmation via email to confirm that your order is accepted and a purchase agreement is entered. We encourage you to save the order confirmation for any future contact with us. We may deny a purchase order for various reasons, for example if you provide incorrect personal data and/or have a record for non-payment of debt.

We may cancel an order if the products ordered are sold out. We will then refund any amount paid and notify you about equivalent products if such are available. All products ordered remain our property until we have received full payment for them.

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose to not accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, occur as a result from one of the following situations:

- The ordered product is out of stock

- Inability to obtain authorization of payment

- An error within the product information, including price or promotion

- Suspicion of any fraudulent activity

Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order.

If it would happen that a product is unavailable at the time of your purchase, we will contact you shortly, by phone or by email. If you already have paid for the order we will refund the amount to you.

Depending on the delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the delivery in time you may be charged a fee and the order may be sent back to us at your expense. We may also cancel the order if the delivery is not picked up in time.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We use Shopify Payments as it is a secure payment method. Shopify Payments is a payment service that forwards your payment to the merchant. We accept payments by credit or debit card as well as payments via Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Products and their delivery costs are paid at the checkout of our online store in connection with the order. You can choose the payment method that suits you from the following options: 

Credit card and visa

You can pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Union Pay. Payments are securely transmitted by Shopify Payments. We use international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in our e-commerce system.

Klarna invoice

With Klarna Invoice you can buy now but pay later. When you pay with a Klarna Invoice, an invoice for your purchases will be emailed to you. The payment period is 30 days - so you will receive the products you have ordered before you need to pay for them. You do not need to provide your debit card information.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COLORS

Our goal at IVY DIONE is to describe the products at the website as correctly as possible. But please note that due to the color settings of your computer/mobile/tablet, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. IVY DIONE cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. You can find more information of our products on the specific product pages. 

RETURNS

All items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. If more than 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 

All returned items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused in any ways (no stains of makeup or anything else) and sent back in their original packaging. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return. Your refund will be made after the items have been received at our warehouse in their original condition. Your refund will be made back to the same payment method you used when placing your order.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive defective products, please notify us immediately. 

If we at IVY DIONE consider the products to be defective, one of the following remedies may be applicable:

- Full refund including shipping costs.

- Repair of the defective product.

- Change the defective product with a new product.

INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE

IVY DIONE cannot promise that the content of the website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. IVY DIONE may, at any time, amend the content of the website. Although IVY DIONE strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the website and online shop, errors may occur.

IVY DIONE cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the website or, for that matter, not being able to use the website. IVY DIONE cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the website.

IVY DIONE'S RESPONSIBILITY

IVY DIONE's liabilities to you are limited in each separate case to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise is stipulated by law. In no case whatsoever will IVY DIONE assume any liability for indirect damages such as loss of profit or in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

IVY DIONE's liabilities to you will never exceed your total purchase amount for each order, unless otherwise is stipulated by law.

In case of force majeure, IVY DIONE's obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and IVY DIONE can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by IVY DIONE.
