Shipping policy

IVY DIONE offers worldwide shipping.

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Please refer to the list below for estimated delivery times to all regions.

Your purchase will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receipt of your order confirmation on weekdays (excluding public holidays).

Delivery times are provided as estimates and do not take into account possible delays of the shipping companies or payment authorization.

FINLAND

Orders will be shipped via Posti green - climate friendly delivery. We offer free shipping on all orders over 400 euros. On orders under 400 euros, shipping fee of 6 euros will be applied. Orders will be delivered to your nearest Posti pick up point.

BALTICS

Orders will be shipped via post and delivered to your nearest pick up point. We offer free shipping on all orders over 400 euros. On orders under 400 euros, shipping fee of 8 euros will be applied.

EU

Orders will be shipped via DHL/GLS. We offer free shipping in Europe on all orders over 400 euros. On orders under 400 euros, shipping fee of 16 euros will be applied. Orders will be delivered to your home.

NON EU COUNTRIES

Orders will be shipped via Bring/DHL and delivered to your home. Shipping fee of 30 euros will be applied.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.

TAXES AND DUTIES

EU COUNTRIES

Taxes are included in the cost of the item and there are no extra fees on orders shipped within the European Union.

REST OF THE WORLD

If you are placing an order outside of the EU, local taxes and duties may apply and they are not included in your final purchase price. Any taxes or duties applied by customs will be payable by you. Please contact your local customs office for more information about current import restrictions and duty rates.
