This one's a keeper! Nadia puff sleeve dress is superb to a fancier party but goes for more casual events as well. The puff sleeves and the lace detail give something extra to the black dress. The back side of the dress is ruched, which gives your bottom a nice lifting effect.

HOW TO MEASURE?
1. BUST
Hold your measuring tape over the fullest part of your bust and take the measurement around your body in a straight line. The tape should sit comfortably under your arms and span accross your shoulder blades.
2. WAIST
From the slimmest part of your natural waistline, measure just above your naval and below your rib cage.
3. HIPS
Stand with your feet together and measure around your hips at the widest point, approximately 20 cm below your natural waistline.
